When you come to Merit to register for the first time you can expect the following:

  • To be greeted by the Merit reception team who will ask you to complete a registration form including personal details, employment history and reference details.
  • You will also be asked to provide a form of identification and documentation of your right to work in the UK if required.
  • You will then meet with a consultant in one of our private interview rooms to discuss your experience and requirements.

Our candidates can expect:

  • Fair management—all candidates are treated equally and all problems are dealt with at the first opportunity.
  • To be paid correctly and on time—our onsite payroll department gives us the flexibility to manage temporary pay directly but also to correct any mistakes within 24 hours.
  • Honesty—all candidates will receive honest feedback on their performance.
