Welcome to Merit Employment Consultancy:
For over 25 years Merit has been providing a successful Employment Consultancy Service to businesses throughout the south east. This arm of the Merit group has developed from our strong recruitment and employment law background along with our ability to deliver to set targets.
The catalyst to Merit dedicating a specific division to Employment Consultancy came when one of our largest clients approach Merit to work in partnership in developing a recruitment and HR strategy for their business. As a large manufacturer with production facilities, supply chain & logistics, service & repair, customer service, finance and sales & marketing we certainly had a broad range of employment issues to cover. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources our project team was tasked at reviewing and advising on employment strategy along with the development of their HR function.
By using a combination of our in-house expertise and working with third party specialists we develop a range of employment strategies in order to successfully deliver a new streamlined efficient HR function, which delivered direct cost savings, increased the quality of employees and motivated the existing workforce.
Before taking on any project Merit Employment Consultancy will fully evaluate exactly what your target and aims consist of and then consultant on best practice techniques and advice on strategic direction. Our project team will then work on an implementation strategy using 360 degree project management software with set mile stones and review periods.
